Our Journey as a family towards memorisation of the Qur'aan

Hifdh Charts

Assalaamu alaikum

I have here some charts to help monitor progress for Juz Tabaarak and Juz Qad Sami’.  It’s also really good motivation for my children, they colour in the stars/hearts when they have finished the surah and its nice for them to look at how far they’ve come.

The logo on the bottom (the pyramid) doesn’t really mean anything it’s just the template I used had it there and I changed the words but kept the picture.  That is where the name of the club came  from and my children really seemed to really like it maasha Allah.  In a way it reminds us of the number of surahs in a juz how they get less and less as you go along.  You can copy them if you’d like to maybe by right clicking and saving as a picture.

  2. Assalamu alaikum, jazakumAllahu khairan for sharing your hifdh journey with us!

i was using similar charts for my children and found them great for new hifdh, but was having difficulty when it came to using them for revision, so now we all use http://www.QuranTracker.com.

Have you tried it? its completely free, you just need an email address to have your own account – they have separate hifdh and revision trackers, you can colour code each ayah as you learn it and as its online – you can “uncolour” an ayah if you forget it or develop mistakes etc. you can also set up revision schedules, hifdh targets etc. inshaAllah i hope you all find it useful!

    • wa alaikumus salaam warhmatullaahi wa barakaatuh, baarakallaahu feeki for taking the time to stop by and read through our blog and Jazaakillaahu khayran for your suggestion.
